Disclaimer

DCCE warrants its products to be of the highest quality and free from defects. Our only warranty with respect to the products we sell, and our sole obligation is to replace, or give credit for any of our product wihch proves to be defective. Any claim under thie warranty must be made no later than one year from the date of purchase.

DCCE makes no other warranties expressed or implied, or statutory such as warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall DCCE be liable for consequential or incidental damages.

The product buyer assumes all responsibility or risk whatsoever as to the result of the use of the products purchased from DCCE or its suppliers, whether used singly, or in combination with other products or substances. Our warranty excludes problems that may occur following product application due to moisture in a substrate, cracking or problems associated with the substrate on which the product or products are applied.

It is the responsability of each product buyer to determine the suitability of each product for his or her particular purpose. We suggest product testing and evaluating prior to the job application. It is the responsability of each applicator to be aware of potential problems with regard to substrates on which our products are applied and at his or her discretion do the appropriate testing to determine suitability of the product system proposed.

NOTE: In polymer concrete overlay applications it is our recommendation:
1. Prepare the surface so that it is clean and suitable for bonding.
2. Make necessary repairs as cracks, holes, spills or areas that require leveling or re-pitching (according to the specifications of your contract). Note: We have an excellent crack repair system, however, due to factors beyond our control (buiding, structure, or earth movement, tree roots, moisture, etc...), we cannot guarantee that cracks will not occur or reoccur.
3. Honor all expansion joints and if necessary, provide additional expansion joints to allow for movement and help prevent cracking.

Note: When advice is requested from DCCE employees or their suppliers it is given with good intent from the person's experience with our products and system. However each applicator must determine from his or her own experience that the advice given is appropriate for his or her particular job application. This is why we say"Apply and evaluate. Do a test area. Determine for yourself that the product or product system selected meets your job requirement."
